Johannes Ripken also works as an artist manager and artist consultant.
He became an expert in artist development during his studies at Popakademie Baden-Württemberg, where his Music Business, Bachelor of Arts, was focused on artist development.
Further, he is researching at the University of Bolton for his PhD in "Organic Artist Development within the Dance and Trance Music Genres".

Dennis Sheperd
Dennis Sheperd is one of the breakthrough artists 2011 in Progressive Trance. After having released many successful singles (Black Sun, Somehow, Freefalling, Left of the World, Prime of Life, ...) and numerous remixes over the last years, 2011 has become the most successful one of the young Berlin-based DJ and Producer. The No 1 Beatport Trance Single "Fallen Angel", his debut album "A Tribute to Life", remixes for Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Gareth Emery, Tiesto pres. Allure, DJ Shog, Kyau & Albert, and many more artists, as well as his mainstage DJ performances at Mayday and Soundtropolis have built his profile in 2011 to one of the most promising newcomer artists in global Trance.
Johannes has taken over his full artist management in August 2010.

Accuface
Since 1995, Accuface delights his fan base with his High Energy Trance / Hardtrance sound. Numerous singles, three Best of albums, and countless remixes were released in his longlasting artist career.
Johannes consults Accuface in management issues since 2009.
