The OverDrive Division is back with their new single „Road to Success“, which is already their fourth single. It will be released by the well-known Dance record label Mental Madness with a phat remix package and two own mixes.

They are with that release on their „Road to Succcess“, as the growing successes of the releases in the past have shown. Placed on the most successful German Dance compilation called Future Trance, been many weeks in the important Dance- and DJ Charts, a weekly radio show on the biggest Dance Webradio called TechnoBase FM,Bookings in the whole north of Germany and an increasing fan base around the world are a few interesting facts.

With the song, tehy picked a topic, which is part of everyone’s life because everyone is responsible for his own success in his life. It doesn’t matter if it is success in love, in the job, in school or studies, or in other areas of life. The song tells one of those stories with a happy end. The story, by the way, is not fiction, it is true.

The Club Mix and Single Mix present itself in the typical OverDrive Division style and sound, which developed within the years. The melody of the track is based on a melody which exists for years in the production archive, but it was now the right time to use the melody in a re-arranged version and with a modern phat lead sound.

As there was always a nice remix package around the OverDrive Division releases, this single is supported by a few remixers of different musical styles. The friends of Dance- and HandsUp sounds will be happy about the Club Mix/Single Mix and the Cansis Remix. Cansis is actually the shooting star of the HandsUp scene after having made remixes for famous artists like Kate Ryan, Klaas feat. Haddaway or Megastylez and it was only a question of time, until Cansis supported an OverDrive Division single with one of his amazing remixes, because Cansis and OverDrive Division are in contact for a long time.

Another support with a Hardtrance Remix does Thomas Petersen from Sweden. With more nearly 50 releases and remixes for well-known artists like Brooklyn Bounce, DJ Dean or Jan Wayne is Thomas Petersen the most successful Hardtrance producer from Scandinavia and additional to this he is an artist on Mental Madness, too.

The House genre is supplied by Max K., who adds a groovy Remix to the release, which will set the audience of the House clubs on fire, as already happened with his remixes for Discotronic or Ultra Flirt.

The new single of the OverDrive Division enters two unusual Dance music styles with the Pete Sheppibone goes Extreme Remix and the BreakUp Mix. Pete Sheppibone, who had a couple of remixes and his “Yes we can”-single release on Mental Madness, boosts the Beats-per-Minute massively and delivered an impulsive Happy Hardcore Remix, over which all the Rave fans will be excited, especially in the UK, where Happy Hardcore is still very popular.

Last, but not least, there will be the BreakUp Mix, the second mix of the “Inhouse”-productions. Therefore, the producer Johannes Ripken got support by the British Breakbeat producer Angus Prior to create a mix, which combines elements of the genres Breakbeat, Drum’N’Bass and HandsUp. The result of this cooperation was the BreakUp Mix (hybrid of Breakbeat and HandsUp), which is the best title for this mix.
